Shipping & returns

We accept exchanges WITH RECEIPT (or loyalty program) only on UNUSED NON-GLASS PRODUCTS, as well as electronics within their ORIGINAL, UNOPENED packaging, up to 7 DAYS after the original purchase. If the product has been used, we CANNOT accept the return due to legal requirements. Opened vaping devices will need to go through the Manufacturer and will not be exchanged. Disposables will only be exchanged if tested in store at the time of purchase. Ooze batteries are non-exchangeable and will need contact with the Manufacturer for replacement with the limited warranty.
